This article lists the settings/options which are important but not necessary for App functioning. Below steps should be looked into only after completion of all the steps in Quick Setup
STEP 01:
Edit Smart Call Template
Go to path Settings > Smart Call Settings > Edit call template.
Personalize language, call message, recording time & more here.
Test the created call template by entering your country code & number.
Verify if the “Universal Time Settings for Smart Calls” is set to desired time zone. This is generally the time zone from which you have majority of your customers.
For global customers, personalize the “Timezone Specific Settings for Smart Calls”
